Established in 2003, Citi Development and Construction Inc. (CDCI) is recognized on Guam for having experienced construction expertise. Our skills expand from new build and renovation for homes, restoration of commercial buildings to working with federal and government projects. Citi Construction & Development Inc. is an SBA HUB Zone Certified-Economically Disadvantage-Women Owned Small Business . We have achieved great success with federal and government projects on Guam with proven credentials of civil demolition, vertical construction, and facility renovation.

We are persistent on continually evaluating our position to be knowledgeable and skilled on completing projects that enhance our community. Aside from our U.S. Government certifications, we are also a member of the Guam Contractors Association and the National Association of Women in Construction.
